Welcome to our online enrollment and registration process. Please note that if your child already is attending one of our schools, you do not need to fill out a new student registration form. However, to renew or apply for a new transfer agreement to assure desired placement, please click on the Continued Enrollment link below.
To register a student for the first time in the Eureka Union School District or for those wishing to re-enroll after 1 month or more:
- 1st determine your school of residency by finding your address HERE.
- 2nd be informed of the required documentations by clicking on the Registration Documents link below
- 3rd choose the applicable school year below to access the appropriate year's online registration form.
- For re-enrollments after less than a month, please contact your requested school directly.
New and returning families are requested annually to review and update required documents such as information to be used in case of emergencies, annual agreements, etc. Families will receive an email from PowerSchool Enrollment which will provide directions and credentials that will allow access to the private parent portal to complete the Annual Student Information Update.
