Developer/Mitigation Fees
SB 50 legislation and Education Code 17620 authorize school districts to collect Level I Developer Fees for residential and commercial development for the purposes of construction and reconstruction of school facilities. The State Allocation Board determines the maximum fees allowed, and the Eureka USD shares the maximum fee with the Roseville Joint Union High School District. Separate payment for fees must be made at each district office.
