This team of teacher specialists conduct screening assessments for all students at the beginning of the year, and at the end of each trimester. The testing is administered by the reading specialists, special education teachers and psychologists and then the data is given to the teachers to inform instruction and determine which students need intervention support and/or enrichment. Once students are identified as needing additional support, then more assessment can be done to determine how to target that intervention.  This team and the assessments the complete ensure that all students are on track with where they need to be.
